Se taie carenea cubulete si se pune la prajit in untura. Cand carnea este aproape gata se adauga ceapa tocata marunt si se caleste. se adauga bulionul si se stinge cu apa, apoi se adauga ardeiul iute, piperul, usturoiul si sarea. se mail lasa putin la fiert si se adauga vinul. Separat se prepara mamaliga din malai. Se servesc impreuna fierbinti.
