WINTER MENU

WINTER MENU - Mix minced pork with spices and bread soaked in milk core. Add two eggs and mix with hand composition. Dial chifetlele and put the pan fried in oil. Separately boil some potatoes and then mashing them with butter that salt and a pinch of sugar.

Take the apples and cut them into slices, add sugar and sortisoara some nuts and bake. Pour a thin dough over and give back to baking.


MENIU DE IARNA - Amestecati carnea tocata de porc cu mirodenii si miez de paine inmuiat in lapte. Adaugati doua oua si amestecati compozitia cu mana. Formati chifetlele si puneti la prajit in tigaie cu ulei. Separat fierbeti niste cartofi pe care ii pasati apoi cu unt sare si un praf de zahar.

Se iau merele si se taie felii, se adauga zahar si sortisoara si cateva nuci si se da la cuptor. Deasupra se toarna un aluat subtire si se da din nou la copt.
