White bean soup with smoked **** - 300 grams white beans, 2 carrots, a root of parsley, 3 cloves garlic, 100 grams noodles, 4 red,50 milliliters vinegar, smoked sausages 300 grams, 300 grams of smoked bacon, thyme and cream.

CIORBA DE FASOLE ALBA CU AFUMATURA **** - 300 grame fasole alba, 2 morcovi, o radacina de patrunjel, 3 catei de usturoi, 100 grame fidea, 4 rosii, 50 mililitrii otet, 300 grame cirnati afumati, 300 grame costita afumata, cimbru si smantana.
Se adauga fideaua, morcovii si albitura rase, ceapa taiata julien, mujdeiul de usturoi, cimbru si rosiile pasate.
Cand da in clocot se adauga cirnatii taiati rondele si costita afumata taiate cubulete. Se lasa sa fiarba bine si la sfarsit se adauga otet. sare si se degusta. Se serveste cu smintana.
