Meatballs with sesame, CHIFTELUTE CU SUSAN

Sesame balls - four potatoes boil. When ready, mix with melted cheese and beat with different flavors and an egg. Stir until it makesa puree of which make meatballs.
Rolling the balls in sesame seeds and place on toasted each.Remove on absorbent paper and serve hot.

CHIFTELUTE CU SUSAN -  Se pun la fiert patru cartofi. Cand sunt gata, se amesteca cu branza topita cu diverse arome si se bate si un ou. Amestecati pana se face un piure din care faceti chiftelute.
Tavaliti in susan fiecare chifteluta si puneti la prajit.  Scoateti pe hartie absorbanta si serviti calde.
