Nougat - Place in a saucepan over heat 300 grams sugar, 3 / 4 cup water until it becomes a thick syrup. Put the mixture on a bubble sheet 2 cm thick and topped it with another sheet of bubble. Weight is placed over them. When has cooled cut into cubes.
NUGA - Se pun intr-o cratita la foc 300 grame zahar, cu 3/4 pahar cu apa pana devine un sirop gros. Se adauga 150 grame de miere si se amesteca mereu, se adauga zeama de 1/2 lamaie si 250 grame de nuci amestecate cu alune sau fistic. Se pune cratita cu toata compozitia la foc moale si se amesteca continuu pana se ingroasa. Se bat deoparte 4 albusuri care se amesteca usor cu restul compozitiei. Se aseaza compozitia pe o foaie de bulina in grosime de 2 centimetri si deasupra se pune alta foaie de bulina. Peste ele se aseaza o greutate. Cand s-a racit taiati in cubulete.
