PEPPERS STUFFED WITH MUSHROOMS, ARDEI UMPLUTI CU CIUPERCI

PEPPERS STUFFED WITH MUSHROOMS - Wash and cleanpeppers nuts. Separately wash and clean the mushrooms, thenfinely chop. Mix the mushrooms with rice and spices and choppedonion. Preferable to mix by hand. Take peppers and filled and placed in a pot. When finished, add water and give to a boil. Addtwo tablespoons of broth and put the pot in the oven to fall and riceto boil well.

ARDEI UMPLUTI CU CIUPERCI - Se spala ardeii si se curata de simburi. Separat se spala si se curata ciupercile, apoi se toaca marunt. Ciupercile se amesteca cu orezul si cu mirodeniile si ceapa tocata marunt. De preferat sa amestecati cu mana. Se iau ardeii si se umplu si se aseaza intr-o oala. Cand ati terminat, adaugati apa si dati intr-un clocot.  Adaugati doua linguri de bulion si puneti oala la cuptor sa mai scada si orezul sa fiarba bine.
