In alta oala se opareste 1/2 kilograme de faina cu 1 litru de lapte si se freaca bine ca sa nu faca cocoloase. Cand s-a racit se adauga drojdia si 3-4 oua intregi, se bat impreuna se presara putina faina si se acopera cu un servet apoi se pune la cald sa creasca.
Intre timp, in castron se freaca 10 galbenusuri , cu 4 lingurite de sare, un pahar de vin cu rom, vanilie, si la urma 25 albusuri batute spuma. Se amesteca totul cu aluatul pus la crescut si cand se omogenizeaza se adauga 4 kilograme de faina apoi sa framanta. Aluatul trebuie sa fie ceva mai tare. La jumatate de kilogram de faina se adauga 300 grame de zahar. In acest fel veti sti exact cat zahar sa adaugati in functie de cata faina ati folosit.. Se framanta mereu si se mai adauga la primul framantat 5 pahare de vin cu unt topit, la al doilea framantat se adauga un pahar de vin cu ulei si la ultimul framantat 100 de grame de unt. Framantatul trebuie sa dureze cam 2 ore. Se presara faina se acopera si se tine la cald sa creasca. Se ia aluatul si se intinde cu facaletul se presara umplutura facuta din nuca macinata amestecata cu zahar si cacao apoi se ruleaza si se da la cuptor.
