STUFFED POTATOES - Take some potatoes, wash well andplace in baking in a pan. When ready to cut them in half andremove the core in a bowl. Boil 2 eggs and add them over the middle of potato, then add grated cheese and crushedcomposition as if you mash. Place and some butter.
Take each potato half and fill with the resulting composition aboveadd a few slices of smoked sausages.
May keep the oven 15-20 minutes.
CARTOFI UMPLUTI - Se iau cativa cartofi noi, se spala foarte bine si se pun la copt intr-o tava. Cand sunt gata ii taiati in doua si scoateti miezul intr-un castron. Fierbeti 2 oua si le adaugati peste miezul de cartof, apoi adaugati branza rasa si zdrobiti compozitia ca si cand ati face piure. Puneti si putin unt.
Luati fiecare jumatate de cartof si o umpleti cu compozitia rezultata, deasupra adaugati cateva felii de carnaciori afumati.
Mai tineti la cuptor 15-20 minute.
