ITALIAN STYLE CALF, VITEL IN STIL ITALIAN


ITALIAN STYLE calf ***** - take 1 kilogram of beef or foal, and cut into small pieces. Separately fry 3-4 onions in a little oil. Add meat, bay leaf, cloves and nutmeg. Bring to boil and then add red wine to start. If you add red wine wine drops to 2-3 drops. Do not add water!
Separately boil pasta or spaghetti or any pasta, but tortellini is not in the category. After boiling water and drain pasta and rinse the starch and placed on a plate is placed above the chopped parsley and finally add the sauce and meat.



VITEL IN STIL ITALIAN ***** - se ia 1 kilogram de carne de vita sau minzat, si se taie in bucatele mici. Separat se prajesc 3-4 cepe in putin ulei. Se adauga carnea, foi de dafin, cuisoare si nucsoara. Se da in clocot si apoi incepe sa se adauge vin rosu. Daca vinul scade mai adaugati vin rosu pana scade de 2-3 ori. Nu adaugati apa!!
Separat se fierb spaghete sau macaroane sau orice fel de paste, dar sa nu fie din categoria tortelini. Dupa ce fierb si pastele se scurg de apa si se clatesc de amidon si se aseaza pe o farfurie, desupra se pune patrunjel taiat marunt si la sfarsit se adauga  sosul si carnea.
