HOT SALAD - Take an aluminum foil, cut tomatoes and storing the film. Above their place slice of cheese. Sprinkle chopped basil and some good fresh mint leaves. Add a few drops of olive oil and olive green. Wrap the foil and let bake for 30 minutes.
Serve salad hot directly from the film.
SALATA FIERBINTE - Luati o folie de aluminiu, taiati rosiile si asezatile pe folie. Desupra lor puneti feliile de branza. Presarati busuioc prospat tocat si cateva frunze de menta. Adaugati cateva picaturi de ulei de masline si masline verzi. Impachetati folia si o dati la cuptor pentru 30 minute.
Serviti salata fierbinte direct din folie.
