MERLUCIU LA GRATAR - In postul pastelui a fost dezlegare la peste, asa ca aceasta reteta am preparat-o imediat. Am curatat de solzi pestele si l-am pus intr-un castron in care am facut un bait din vin, sare si suc de lamaie. Am pus peste la rece ca baitul sa-l patrunda bine. Separat am curatat niste cartofi si i-am pus la fiert, taiati cubulete. Dupa ce au fiert, i-am pus intr-un vas de pamant cu felii de lamaie, busuioc proaspat si ulei de masline, apoi i-am dat la cuptor ca aromele sa se patrunda.
Am curatat usturoiul pe care apoi l-am pisat si l-am frecat cu sare si ulei. Am adaugat zeama de lamaie si ceapa frecind continuu.
Dupa ce pestele s-a patruns de bait, l-am scos din castron si l-am pus pe gratar cu felii de lamaie in interior.
