POTATO FILLING, CARTOF UMPLUT

POTATO FILLING ***- Take 3-4 potatoes and washed, then wrappe  in aluminum foil and give the oven for about an hour to bake in their skins. When you are ready to remove them and add the mozzarella, cheese, butter or sour cream and melted cheese. Serve as a garnishor as such.

CARTOF UMPLUT ***-  Se iau 3-4 cartofi si se spala, apoi se invelesc in folie de aluminiu si de dau la cuptor cam o ora, sa se coaca in coaja lor. Cand sunt gata ii scoateti si adaugati mozarella, branza telemea, unt sau smantana, si branza topita. Serviti drept garnitura sau ca atare.
