SMOKED FISH SALAD **** - This salad is absolutely delicious and can be served as an appetizer. You need three potatoes, two onions, olives, two eggs and a piece of smoked fish.
Peal the potatoes and cut into small pieces, then boil them. Boiled eggs too, so be strong.
Onions can be done in two ways: either put the pickled onions, or take two regular onions, chopped cut them put them in a sieve and rub them with salt when they have softened add a little vinegar. We leave it about 10-20 minutes, then rinse with water.
Drain the potatoes and place in bowl, add chopped fish, olives,onions and chopped eggs end. Add salt, olive oil and vinegar.
SALATA DE PESTE AFUMAT **** - Aceasta salata este absolut delicioasa si poate fi servita si ca aperitiv. Aveti nevoie de trei cartofi, doua cepe, masline, doua oua si o bucata de peste afumat.
Cartofii se curata si se taie in bucati mici, apoi se fierb. Ouale se fierb si ele, astfel incat sa fie tari.
Ceapa se poate face in doua feluri : ori puneti ceapa murata, ori luati doua cepe obisnuite, le taiati fideluta le puneti intr-o sita si le frecati cu sare, cand s-au mai inmuiat adaugati putin otet. Le lasati asa vreo 10-20 minute, apoi le clatiti cu apa.
Scurgeti cartofii si ii puneti in castron, adaugati pestele maruntit, maslinele, ceapa si la sfarsit ouale taiate. Se adauga sare, ulei de masline si otet.
