I decided to take this spring to cook ... and green! So I am armed with peas, beans, peas, beans, potatoes, garlic, kale, radishes and peanuts.
I put the peas, potatoes and beans to a boil. When I crushed peas cooked with a mixer, I added garlic, olive oil and a little milk and paste it as it was, I gave it to a boil, then I added the mashed potatoes.
I passed a green bean water over it from the box I added beans,salad special, some parsley, garlic, oil and vinegar.
Okra gave them the grater, I added salted peanuts and sliced radishes, salt, oil and vinegar. Everything is post ..... detoxifying and green!
M-am decis sa profit de primavara si sa gatesc ...verde! Asa ca m-am inarmat cu mazare, fasole pastai, fasole boabe, cartofi, usturoi, gulii, ridichi si alune.
Am pus mazarea , cartofii si fasolea la fiert. Cand mazarea s-a fiert am zdrobit-o cu mixerul, am adaugat usturoi pisat, ulei de masline si putin lapte si asa pasta cum era, am mai dat-o intr-un clocot, dupa care am adaugat piureul de cartofi.
Fasolea verde am scurs-o de apa, peste ea am adaugat fasolea boabe din cutie, speciala pentru salata, niste partunjel, usturoi, ulei si otet.
Guliile le-am dat prin razatoare, am adaugat alunele sarate si ridichiile taiate, sare, ulei si otet. Totul este de post, detoxifiant si.....verde!
